Lyndsey Cordova is a licensed Acupuncturist, Chinese Herbalist and is one of the founders of Kōena Integrated Healing. She was born and raised in Longmont, CO.

She comes to Acupuncture from the Western biomedical field, having been a surgical assistant for 14 years, where she specialized in facial plastic surgery and ENT/reconstructive surgery. She has thorough training in the anatomy and nerve pathways of the face and was fortunate to also go through advanced training by a top board certified plastic surgeon to perform advanced surgical skills like suturing, tissue dissection, incision making and injections. Her careful hands and eye for symmetry will serve her acupuncture and microchanneling patients well.

Although she enjoyed her work in the OR, she missed having the chance to connect with her patients. Then, in 2015 she became very sick, very fast. It took her 4 months and  6 MDs to get a diagnosis. While going through that process, she turned to acupuncture to see if it might offer her some relief. After her first treatment, she slept through the night for the first time in weeks and her symptoms began to resolve.

Lyndsey has always had a passion and deep understanding of the mind, body and soul connection. Combining the best of her biomedical training with her knowledge of TCM patterns and treatments, she will provide an integrative, personal experience for all of her patients.

“My goal is to make people feel better. That’s it. I want them to leave the clinic feeling refreshed and grounded, with their symptoms under control – ready to take on their busy lives.”

She earned her Master’s degree in Acupuncture from Southwest Acupuncture College and is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine from Pacific College of Health and Sciences.

I dedicated 20 years to the United States Air Force as an Administrative Assistance for 8 years and a Paralegal for 12 years. I knew I eventually wanted to own my own business, which led me to pursue a bachelor’s degree in business management. After college and after retiring from the military, I became a massage therapist, which was a dream of mine for many years.

I completed massage school at Montgomery School of Bodywork & Massage in Alabama and immediately opened my own successful practice. I knew this was my calling, but Alabama was not my state so in 2023 I relocated my family to Colorado. I love providing all types of body work, from deep tissue, sports massage, injury recovery to myofascial release and intraoral massage. I understand how important continuing education, experience and guidance are, which is why working I have been working over a year training and specializing in pain management. Applying deep pressure without client sourness for days after the massage.

I enjoy constantly learning and expanding my knowledge. In addition to my training in massage, I am also pursuing my Master Degree in Human Consciousness and Human Potential. This not only helps me develop my personal self-development but also gives me a better understanding of each client that I interact with. I have loved helping people my whole life and now this provides me the opportunity to help individuals in such a different way. My goal is to keep striving to become a better version of myself, so that I may become a profound healer. When I am not in the massage room, you will find me taking in all that Colorado has to offer or spending time with my beautiful girls.
